Hehe. Wayne Newton’s funny.

This little allergy attack of mine isn’t going away. I’m really mad at them now. One stupid, lousy night. If I get some kind of horrible miasmic infection from that hotel they’re going to be hit so hard with a lawsuit that they’ll sound even more high-pitched than Good Ole’ Wayne. 🙂

I don’t know what started that singing up there. That song just always makes me giggle, and it somehow made its way onto my WinAmp play list. And of course, like any good Child of the 80s, I can’t hear it without seeing Ferris Bueller on that float. I need to see that movie again.

What did I do today. I went over to a friend’s house to work on framing all those portraits I took for that youth group activity thingie. They look so fantastic in all the frames, I can’t wait for the girls and their parents to see them. That was pretty much it. I went to another function this evening and decided to get all dressed up. No idea why. I just felt like looking pretty since I felt so much like crap. (Holiday Inn is evil.) I had a lovely muted silver skirt on, and a yummy pale blue sweater on with a big cowl neck. I even did my make-up! How shocking is that? 🙂

Unless you couldn’t tell, I’m kind of running out of things to blog about. At the moment I’m just trying to keep myself awake a little bit longer so by the time I finally lay down I’ll be so incredibly tired that I’ll fall right to sleep. I don’t want to lay down any earlier than I have to, cause that hurts, and hurt is bad.

I think I’ve hit that point now. I just tried to convince Chinese Sam he bought something that he didn’t. I could have sworn he told me he bought foam nunchaku and a video in order to learn how to use them so he could start using the real thing. He just went, “uhh…” Now I have no clue if I dreamt that all up entirely, or if maybe he’s really tired too and we’re both just insane. Either way, I’m going to sleep now. Good night! Auf weidershein! Hehe, Wayne Newton…
