I’m going to Berlin! The only bad news is it won’t be this Saturday. The Count did call to arrange a meeting, but unfortunately it won’t be for this Monday. We’ll have to delay until mid-October. But you know what? I’m okay with that. It’ll give me more time to prepare, I’ll be less stressed with I get there, and besides, the important thing is we got a meeting! That’s the remarkable bit. I’m glad I went the extra mile to arrange it. You know what I did? After sending that lovely package overnight, I sent them a follow-up fax that I translated into German (thank you, AltaVista!) I’m thinking maybe that did the trick.

I think I’m going to go relax now, do nothing, and watch an old movie.
