He wrote back. Quickly, too. So, everybody, three cheers for Neil Gaiman. Apparently he’s much better at getting through his emails than I am. 🙂

I’ve sent an email off to the film’s producer, asking if I can enlist in the cause. Also, Dean called me this morning – he’s back. We’re hoping to set up a meeting for later this week. Huzzah! Ask and ye shall receive, eh?

While this is all good and exciting, there is one downside – this is only making it more difficult in the sense that now *everyone* I meet is going to think I really am a compulsive liar. It was bad before, but now if I can scrounge together $15 million for these folks, I’ll be doomed.
