My UCAS application is in the mail. It should be there on Friday. At the very latest, Tuesday of next week. Either way, still in before the January 15th deadline.

Excuse me while I let out the *biggest* sigh of relief in the history of uni applications.

I am so glad I got that over and done with. I really couldn’t have done it without Robert’s help, otherwise I would have just been twiddling my thumbs until January 15th, thinking I just didn’t need to worry about it yet. But now it’s all finished, my hand-writing on the form was lovely and neat, my personal statement is all beautiful (thanks yet again to Robert), and Alastair’s all squared away with the whole reference letter thing. Hallelujah for such fabulous friends and coworkers. 🙂 Congratulations, they get gigantic cookies.

It was very entertaining at the post office, watching them package up the global express guaranteed envelope. It was quite a production and caused a very large back-log of customers. 🙂 Whoops. But that’s their problem, this was uber-important and could’t be delayed.

Ah. I feel so much better. Now I just need to finish that portfolio, then I’m going to leave it in Courtauld’s hands. They can accept me or not, although I really hope they go with the former.

Right now, though, I need to go help clean the house. More later. 🙂
