Forget the dresses and convertibles, all I need is a hug. Any volunteers? I’ll buy you a cookie…

Dear Heather. I’m so sorry you’re having such pain and I want to send you lots and lots of hugs. I want to put my arms around you and give you a big, big hug. So there you are, I’m hugging you right this minute. Luv Dorothy in Canberra, Australia.
PS. I’m worried about you.
Dearest Heather. As a relatively new visitor to your site, I have been checking in periodically to follow your blogs. I found your site while researching Ferraris… it appears to be one passion that we both share. I too have drooled over many of the cars at FMoW. I can say with the utmost confidence that you are a most extraordinary person and despite the difficulties you have faced and continue to face, you have done it with a maturity that would put most ‘adults’ to shame. I can also say that a spirit such as yours can’t be dampened. It can be held back… slowed down… but it can never be extinguished. Continue to fight the good fight. Karma is real… have confidence that it is. You can have a hug anytime… and instead of cookies… we can share a cup of your favorite beverage and share stories about Ferraris!

You can have as many hugs as you can stand from me, Heather. I know what going through constant illness and pain is like, but if there’s anyone who can get through it, it’s you. You’re a strong, dedicated, lovely young woman with a great deal of life left in her. I can tell just from the little time we knew each other that you were destined for great things. Your life has a grand purpose, and I’m certain that it has yet to be fulfilled. Some day, you’re going to change the world (or conquer it, though you’ll have to compete with Michelle for the throne *cough*catfight*cough*).
Hang in there, Heather. Life is on its way.

A cookie and a hug? Well count me in!
Lots of hugs and prayers are coming your way from Georgia!
And yes, I too believe in Karma. That doctor will get it sooner or later.
